HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
If the articles are available in stock, they are ready to be shipped in 5 working days, adding 1-3 working days for transportation. If they are not on stock, they are custom made individually for each of our online customers. That is why it will take 30 working days for us to create them in our atelier, with the Standard Delivery option. Please add 1-3 working days for shipping.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES IF MY ORDER IS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU. This will be a separate charge invoiced by our courier.
HOW MUCH ARE THE CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES (OUTSIDE THE EU) FOR MY ORDER?
Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information. To ensure quick delivery to you, any custom duties and taxes imposed by your government will be paid for on your behalf by our courier and you will be responsible for these charges. You will receive a separate invoice for any applicable custom duties and taxes.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. However we can only accept returns or exchanges of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use.
All delivery costs will be supported by the client.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Please be aware that we can only exchange the item with another product of the same value. The delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we need to make it especially for you.
If the customer wants to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase.
Made to measure products cannot be returned but we guarantee you will love it and it will fit perfectly!
We reserve the right to accept the return or not after checking if the items fulfil the conditions requested above.
Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be returned or exchanged!
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment has been sent to!
Please be aware that a time frame of 30 working days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
